In total, the joint project involved around 25 young people from Estonia, Spain, Turkey and Portugal, also counting, as is characteristic of Erasmus+ projects, with a strong intercultural component. Since 2012, AJITER – Associação Juvenil da Ilha Terceira has been doing a lot of work in boosting the Erasmus+ program on the island of Terceira and in the Azores in general, providing young people with this type of mobility experiences with learning objectives.
Furthermore, AJITER is also part of the European Network “EURODESK” providing information and opportunities for young people in these fields at its facilities. As until now, with more than 20 years of work on behalf of young people, we will continue to develop these efforts.
