Study visit to youth inclusion project in Sweden
AJITER – Associação Juvenil da Ilha Terceira (Terceira Island Youth Association) participated, represented by its President, Décio Santos, in a study visit to projects aimed at the integration and training of young people in youth associations, schools and government departments in Sweden, which took place between 19 and 23 May.
The ‘Study Visit - Sweden’ was an initiative organised by the Portuguese National Agency for Erasmus+ Youth/Sport and the European Solidarity Corps, in partnership with the Swedish Agency for Youth and Civil Society, and included a large delegation of around fifty professionals, leaders and youth workers from all over the country belonging to the official network of multipliers of the ‘Eurodesk’ network in Portugal, of which AJITER is a member.
This ‘Study Visit’ took place in the Stockholm region and also included visits to institutions and projects in Örebro and Haninge.
